Banking: Most of the Highstreet Banks have their Branches off the Spintex road so you do not need to go to the City Centre for your Financial transactions.

Shopping: Accra Shopping Mall which is a big shopping Centre at the Tetteh Quarshie Roundabout is about 15 minutes Drive from the estates.

Eating Out: There are lots of take away restaurants off the spintex road. The popular Papaye Restaurant is about 10 minutes drive from the estate.

Public Transport: You can catch a taxi anytime right infront of the estate
